You must be at least 18 years old or have reached the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction to use Defendia. By using the service, you affirm that you have the authority to scan the website in question and have obtained the necessary permissions.
Acceptable Use: You may only scan websites for which you have explicit permission from the owner. Unauthorized scanning of websites is strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension or termination of your account.
Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.
Scanning Limitations: Each scan conducted by Defendia sends approximately 20 requests to the target website. We are not responsible for any effects these requests may have on your website. It is your responsibility to ensure that your website can handle these requests without adverse effects.
Freemium Model:• Free Tier: Users on the free tier can scan one website per week and have limited access to features. Please refer to our pricing page for more details.
• Premium Services: For now, premium services can only be purchased via email contact. We are working on integrating a payment gateway. There is no recurring payment option; each subscription must be manually renewed.
• Refund Policy: Refunds are available if payment has been made but no resources have been used. To request a refund, please contact us at contact@defendia.app.
All content, trademarks, and branding on Defendia are owned by Defendia. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the platform as intended. Any user-generated content remains the property of the user, but by submitting it, you grant Defendia a license to use it in connection with providing the service.
• Data Collection: We collect minimal data necessary for account creation and basic functionality. We do not share, or sell your personal data.
• Data Protection: We are committed to protecting your data and employ various security measures to safeguard it.
• No Warranty: Defendia is provided "as is," without any warranties, express or implied.
• Limitation of Liability: We are not responsible for any damages, direct or indirect, that may arise from using Defendia, including but not limited to any impact the scanning process may have on your website.
We reserve the right to terminate your account or access to Defendia at any time, with or without cause. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at contact@defendia.app.
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Defendia operates. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. You will be notified of any significant changes, and your continued use of Defendia constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
